Dr. Frank Collier is a board-certified physical medicine and rehabilitation physician specializing in interventional pain management treatments. His work aims to alleviate any pain and discomfort that affects how people function daily. Dr. Collier earned his medical degree at Georgetown University School of Medicine in Washington, D.C. He then completed a residency in physical medicine and rehabilitation at New York Hospital Cornell Medical Center in New York City.
Dr. Collier’s medical experience is diverse, as he once served as an assisting physician for the Jacksonville Jaguars.
Fun Fact: Dr. Collier was a varsity tennis division champion and ranked third nationally in varsity skiing during his undergraduate studies at Bates College in Lewiston, ME.

I look forward to my visits with Dr Collier. He's cheerful and asks the pertinent questions to find the primary cause of my issue. I appreciate his calm demeanor and steady approach to the treatment. He knows I'm a less is more, I prefer less invasive protocol approach until more invasive treatment is my final necessary coarse. He is very tolerant. At 72 I'm certain we will approach greater intervention at some point and he will have no argument from me. His office is clean and staff are wonderful. I never have to wait long in the lobby. It's a great location at Fleming Island.

Dr. Collier was very pleasant and thorough on my first visit. Seemed very knowledgeable and confident about all my back issues that he would be able to help me with my issues. I saw Dr. Collier today in Fleming Island my first time seeing this doctor or being to this clinic. Everything was clean all the staff was very friendly went out of their way to make you comfortable as possible and when I met Doctor Collier he shook my hand and it’s very rare today that a doctor will shake your hand, so I was very impressed with that. He listened to everything that I had to say about what was going on with me and gave me his diagnosis on what he thought was going on with me. He ordered a lot of labs for me. I can't believe how well I was taken care of. I have long standing issues that have been brushed aside. I often felt like I kept falling in the cracks with healthcare. When called to the exam room the assistant was equally nice and I was never uncomfortable in any way.. Except for one shot that was a little painful, he was in and out quickly and was able to come to the dinner table and later get to his bedroom on his own without my assistance. Dr. Frank, is one of the finest doctors in Jax that I have met since coming here over a year ago. Usually pain docs are shlock docks, with a background in anesthesiology and will roll you into one of their cash machines, which is a glorified "tens" contraption. I was referred to Dr. Collier due to back & nerve issues after a very bad fall. I have a complicated health history with few autoimmune diseases that create add'l complications. So I'm very particular who I go to for care, treatment. Dr. Collier is very friendly, outgoing, caring & straightforward, he answers your questions & explains. He gives a treatment plan so not just address the cause of pain but to improve your quality of life. I've always been hesitant of back spine drs due to my few arthritic issues I can break easily as I have. So messing with my spine makes me bit anxious. Today wasy first day seeing dr. Collier I have been in pain for weeks now with no relief and desperately seeking help. I have been suffering with severe neck pain since September 2021 With no help from other Doctors. January a friend told me about Dr. Collier I was able to call and have an appointment in less than 2 weeks. I was able to finally have an MRI, that showed I have herniated disc’s. Dr. Collier was great. I was very anxious about the neck procedure and had been putting it off for weeks; however, the nursing staff and Dr.Collier exceeded expectations. He talked me through what he was doing and before I realized it, it was over in 5 minutes. His 27 years of experience was evident. Felt an immediate difference within hours and I’m now on the road to getting back to 100%. Can only blame myself for waiting so long. My advice? Don’t endure neck/back pain longer than you have to! Most MD's will walk around with their nose in the air, and degree's floating high above their ego's, this is not the case with Mr Collier. When I first met Dr. Collier, I expressed my extreme frustration and pain with my back pain. From the start, he had a plan that he was sure could help me.
