Appointment Information

At Southeast Orthopedic Specialists, we can assure you that when you make an appointment with us you will receive nothing but top-notch orthopedic care. Our staff will do everything possible to ensure you have a five-star experience from start to finish. During an appointment, you can expect to receive a warm greeting followed by expert care from one of our providers. It is our goal to provide you with enough information so that you can leave your appointment feeling good about your path to recovery.

To make an appointment, please contact us by phone, email or use our online appointment request form and one of our scheduling specialists will reach out to you as soon as possible.

If you cannot make your appointment, please call to reschedule no later than 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time so we can best accommodate other patients. If you do not provide notice of your cancellation, you will be subject to a no-show fee.

When calling to make your first appointment please have the following information on hand:

  • Patient’s full name
  • Patient’s date of birth
  • All insurance cards (primary and secondary)
  • The name and phone number of your primary care doctor, if you have one
  • Who referred you to us

Prior to your appointment, you may be asked to fill out one or more necessary forms to bring with you. You will find a list of these forms below.
