We hope everyone stays safe during Hurricane Dorian
Due to the current path of Dorian we have made some adjustments to our schedule. We apologize for any inconvenience but the safety of our patients and our team must be priority. Driving conditions are expected to become hazardous late Tuesday evening.
CLINIC:
We will be open at three locations on Tuesday, September 3rd until 12 NOON. Riverside, CenterOne (Southside) and Fleming Island will be open for scheduled visits.
Ponte Vedra (Beaches) and Northside clinics will be closed Tuesday.
There is no need to call the office and reschedule, we will reach out after the storm has cleared.
All Clinics, MRI and PT locations will be closed on Wednesday, September 4th.
SURGERY:
We are currently working with facilities to determine when they will stop doing elective cases. Hospitals will be preparing for emergency issues that arise form the Hurricane so all ELECTIVE cases may be canceled.
CenterOne Surgery Center will be closed on Tuesday September 3rd and Wednesday September 4th
St Vincent locations will only allow elective cases up to 11AM
Memorial has canceled ALL elective surgeries for Tuesday and Wednesday
Parkside Surgery Center has canceled ALL elective surgeries for Tuesday and Wednesday
