Jennifer Madden, MD

Dr. Jennifer Madden is a board-certified, fellowship trained Orthopedic Surgeon specializing in Hand & Microvascular Surgery and Upper Extremity Reconstruction.

She earned her medical degree at Boston University School of Medicine where she earned multiple prestigious awards, including the Haffenreffer House Staff Recognition Award, the AMWA Outstanding Women in Medicine Award, and the Diane Radkowski Award. After graduating, Dr. Madden has completed fellowships at the Mayo Clinic and Brown University, with extensive training in trauma and hand surgery.

Dr. Madden has made significant contributions to orthopedic research, particularly in total wrist arthroplasty and elbow arthroscopy. She has been published extensively in peer-reviewed journals and has presented at major conferences, including the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons. Dedicated to advancing orthopedic care and education, Dr. Madden continues to make a significant impact through pioneering surgical techniques, committed mentorship, and a strong passion for enhancing patient outcomes.

When Dr. Madden is not practicing medicine, she enjoys traveling and cheering on the Red Sox.

She is a lifelong Red Sox fan who lived in Boston for nearly 20 years and makes it a point to visit Fenway annually. She and her husband have five kids—three daughters, a son, and a stepson—with her two oldest attending FSU and UGA.
