CLINICS ARE CLOSED
September 29, 2022 - September 30, 2022
As Hurricane Ian approaches North Florida we are taking necessary precautions to keep both our patients and our staff safe. Due to the predicted weather patterns, mandatory evacuation zones and school closures in the area, we have decided to CLOSE all our clinic locations on Thursday, 9/29 and Friday, 9/30.
If you were scheduled for an appointment on either of those days a team member will give you a call to reschedule your appointment once the weather subsides.
